“These are the best brownies I have ever tasted!”
We don’t mean to brag….. but we have heard this said about the brownies coming out of One Bent Kitchen. Nuts, no nuts, it makes no difference – these are the chewiest, best tasting, chocolatey-est brownies around!
Each brownie is 100mg, so if you are unfamiliar with your dosing tolerances, it is a good idea to cut it into 4 pieces and start with a 1/4 piece first. Wait an hour to see how you feel – you can always eat more later!

These are available both with and without nuts.
Ingredients + Preparation:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup Canna-oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup Canna-corn Syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup Pecans pieces (or not)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Whisk thoroughly and set aside.
Separate egg whites and add vanilla. Set aside.
Add canna-corn syrup to brown sugar. Set aside.
Using a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and canna-oil together until smooth and well mixed. Remove from heat.
Into the chocolate, add canna-corn syrup/brown sugar mix. Stir. Add eggs whites/vanilla mixture. Stir.
Using a hand-mixer on MED, add the dry mixture into the wet mixture slowly (I prefer to do it in 3 – 4 stages). When well combined add nuts (if you want them). Pour into pre-greased (or one lined with parchment paper) 9X13 pan.
Place in preheated oven for 18-22 mins – until a toothpick goes in and comes out dry.
Let cool completely.
